***INTERNATIONAL BUYERS*** I do NOT ship to ITALY, FRANCE or SPAIN. If you live in these countries and make a purchase I will refund your money. Also, please know that when you buy something from overseas you take the chance of customs keeping the package for whatever reason or it being lost or stolen. I do NOT issue refunds for international orders.
What does "kawaii" mean?
Kawaii is the Japanese word for "cute"
What type of payments do you accept?
Paypal. And you can now make a Paypal payment without having a Paypal account. You can pay with your credit card via Paypal.
When can I expect my order?
U.S. packages are mailed either USPS first class mail or Priority Mail. They should arrive within 5 days or less. International pacakges are mailed wither USPS International first class airmail or USPS International Priority Mail. They should arrive within 1 to 5 weeks.
How can I tell when my order was mailed out?
When I package your item(s) and print the shipping label, U.S. customers will get an email from Paypal with the USPS shipping info (which has tracking capabilites).
International customers will not receive tracking info unless it is a large package and I mail it Priority or Express mail.
Do you accept returns?
Typically, No. If you really have a problem with the condition of the item you received, you can email me and I will always see what I can work out with you. I am a fair person.
....a few more important things....
I cannot physically be responsible for your package once it leaves my hands. I cannot replace lost/stolen items or items damaged by the handling of the U.S. postal service. If you really have an issue you can always email me, as I said, I am a fair person and will work something out (maybe a replacement or similar item).
